An energetic and collaborative company is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily operations and undertake administrative tasks, which include monitoring inventory levels and developing business strategies and shop floor management.
Key Duties:Replenishing showroom displays and updating prices.Managing, motivating, and training staff in new products and sales techniques.Supporting the Customer Service Advisor with resolving queries.Organising promotions, displays and events.Authorising orders for customers and stock replenishment.Analysing sales figures and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing a commercial store and its staff, be a team player with a 'can do' attitude, and someone who has the skills to create plans to improve customer service, with the confidence to introduce/implement changes.
