The Relationship Management Assistant (RMA) provides key support to the Relationship Managers to achieve the Banks goals. The role is varied and demands both technical and operational knowledge, as well as good inter-personal and communication skills.
The Relationship Manager (RM) is the primary point of contact between the client and the Bank. They act externally as an ambassador for the Bank and are internally a role model. RMs and RMAs form the Relationship Management team which is responsible for the proactive and autonomous management of a portfolio of High Net Worth private clients.
This entails the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions to meet the clients needs, as well as dealing with routine enquiries and transactions. Professionalism and responsiveness are key. The RMA assists the RMs in their acquisition of new client relationships and in their delivery of clients feedback, regarding products and services to the relevant specialists within the Bank. This ensures continuous improvement and adaptation in line with market trends.
