A rare and fantastic opportunity to join a large modern international accountancy firm as a Recruitment Officer. You will provide effective and efficient support within the HR team across the Channel Islands, recruiting staff at all levels. You will report in to the Senior Recruitment Officer and be responsible for the supervision of the Recruitment Administrator. This is a varied role and will deal with all things recruitment, from on-boarding staff, building and maintaining relationships to providing recruitment analysis and identifying appropriate recruitment sources. Previous HR and recruitment experience would be ideal together with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the appreciation of strict confidentiality.
