The States of Guernsey are looking for an Afternoon Receptionist to join their team at The College of Further Education. Whilst mostly based at the Delancey Campus, there may be a requirement for you to work across the other College Campuses from time to time.
This is a permanent part time, term time post working 36 weeks per annum (College term time). The working hours are 13:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
The postholderwill have responsibility for providing administrative support to staff, as well as manning the Campus Reception area; providing a helpful, proactive, friendly Reception service both in person and on the telephone to all students, staff and visitors to the Campus.

Should the successful applicant not meet the requirements sufficiently he/she may be appointed at a lower grade than stated. The successful applicant would then have the opportunity to progress to the grade advertised once the necessary skills and knowledge have been developed and they have demonstrated the ability to undertake the duties at the higher level.
