Are you looking to join a busy, customer focused team providing key administrative support?

BPP (CI) Limited is a leading educational establishment and we’re currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate administrator to join our growing Guernsey team.

The role

The successful applicant will deliver excellent customer service to students and employers.

The role is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week, consisting of 7.5 hrs per day, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday working.

  • The successful candidate will need to:
  • Be well-organised, conscientious and reliable
  • Have a positive attitude to work and problem solving
  • Be able to build good working relationships across all levels
  • Have the ability to work in a team and independently
  • Be able to work under pressure, sometimes to short deadlines
  • Have attention to detail
  • Be flexible
  • Have experience of using Microsoft office
