Do you possess strong customer service skills?
Are you looking to join a busy, customer focused team providing key
administrative support?
BPP is a leading
educational establishment and we’re currently looking to recruit an
enthusiastic and passionate administrator to join our team. The successful
applicant will assist the Customer Services Manager in delivering the best
possible customer service to students and employers. The role is 25 hours per week, consisting
of 5 hrs per day, Monday to Friday, worked between 09.00 – 17.00, with some
Saturday working.
The successful candidate will need to:
Ø Be
well organised, conscientious and reliable
Ø Have
a positive attitude to work and problem solving
Ø Be
able to build good working relationships across all levels
Ø Have
the ability to work in a team and independently
Ø Be
able to work under pressure, sometimes to short deadlines
Ø Have
attention to detail
Ø Be
flexible
Ø Have
experience of using Microsoft office
