This is a great opportunity for a Part time Sales Support Administrator to join a financial services company in Guernsey.
Responsibilities in this role include:
Providing general administration support for Directors and the Sales Team in Guernsey, UK, Switzerland, Italy, Uruguay and Malaysia.
Monitoring Due Diligence documents from new Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), dealing with queries and updating internal records.
Helping to create PowerPoint slides for presentations and Webinars.
Checking and approving Monthly Fund Fact Sheets prior to distribution.
Extracting weekly trade figures and quarterly AUM and trade figures from PowerBi into Excel and summarising for distribution to the Directors and Sales Team.
Collating monthly trade subscriptions and sorting in Excel for the Sales Team.
