The States of Guernsey are looking to recruit an Operations Officer to join the team at Economic Development.
An Operations Officer is required to support the output of the Strategic Operations team. The individual will take on both ad hoc project work and reporting requirements including performance, risk management, health and safety and business continuity reporting for core government service areas.
The role requires strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to prepare reports to a high standard, work to tight deadlines and adapt workstreams in real time, when required, to respond to the reprioritisation of work.
