We are looking for a Marketing / Advertising Professional to fill a key role in our busy advertising and communications agency. We need someone with experience, if not directly in an ad agency, then within marketing, PR or similar. We will consider anyone from entry level to senior as the role is flexible, however, in an ideal world they would be able tackle a large proportion of the following:
Liaising with clients via telephone, email and face-to-face at meetings
Interpreting client requirements and briefing creatives
Copywriting, proof reading and proofing of projects to clients
Strategic allocation of client budgets
Negotiating rates with printed, broadcast and online media
Media scheduling and print buying
Basic knowledge of SEO and Analytics
Planning and updating social media
Drafting of press releases
Writing and editing radio scripts, liaising with producers
Event organisation
It is important that candidates are confident, dynamic, enthusiastic and able to think for themselves. They must have a high standard of written and spoken English and hold a current driving license. Preferred experience in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) or Mac equivalents, Google Analytics, Hoot Suite, Campaign Monitor. Salary and benefits are negotiable, dependent on experience.
