This privately owned and fully independent fund services firm requires a senior professional to join their Guernsey office to take responsibility for their corporate governance function. The role holder will be responsible for the corporate governance function in Guernsey and the oversight and management of the provision of company secretarial services to the client portfolio, supporting the senior management and administration teams and the Board and committees to ensure best practice delivery of company secretarial and corporate governance principles. A professional qualification such as ICSA (full or part qualified) is required, as is a strong level of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
