Full Description

This is a great opportunity to join a forward-looking IT team, working with a wide variety of systems and technologies. This is a hands-on technical role, with responsibility for running Guernsey Post’s IT infrastructure and managing a team. You will also get involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging projects and make a real difference through your work.

You must have a wide-ranging understanding of technology, including cloud computing services and cyber security requirements. You will have excellent technical skills and experience, ideally including the following:
·         Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
·         Active Directory, including group policy management and Azure AD.
·         Server and network infrastructure, including virtualisation, SAN, network switches, and firewalls.
·         Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and other Azure services.
·         Microsoft SQL server.

You will be highly motivated, analytical, well organised, and with excellent communication skills. Your ability and willingness to learn is a must.
