A fantastic role with this innovative company specialising in tailored financial solutions including pension and trust and which require an experienced HR professional. This varied, pivotal role will cover all aspects of HR administration and implementation including negotiating salaries, contracts and other working conditions, the recruitment of staff, maintaining staff records, analysing, organising and recording training needs and pensions and benefits administration.
