The successful applicant will be required to deliver all aspects of HR administration for the employee life cycle in a timely and accurate manner. As part of the HR Team, the candidate will provide a professional, proactive and collaborative HR Generalist service to the line management and colleague population across the Guernsey, Jersey and IOM jurisdictions. In addition to this, the candidate will provide ad-hoc support to the HR & Administration Manager across South Atlantic and Diego Garcia.
Candidates will ideally have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial organisation and be foundation CIPD qualified.
