Our client is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their team, on a permanent basis. You will be working closely with the Senior HR Practitioner/HR Manager to support recruitment campaigns across the Group and be responsible for ensuring the corporate website is up to date with current jobs. You will also organise recruitment and selection including advertising, short listing applicants and interviews, managing the recruitment inbox and respond to candidates in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have exceptional record management skills, a basic knowledge of employment law with excellent attention to detail with a good level of numeracy. A CIPD Level 3 Foundation qualification would be advantageous, but not essential.
