The successful roleholder will be responsible for oversight and management of the firms risk and compliance activity and will be tasked with incrementally improving processes to ensure that risk is managed as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will hold the named MLRO/MLCO roles for the company and subsidiary business and also sit as a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee. Keys to success here are proven, solid experience of working in an in-house or outsourced compliance role within a regulated financial services environment, a relevant professional qualification is preferred as is knowledge of the Guernsey regulatory environment.
