This is an exciting opportunity to work for a listed company based in Guernsey, which has truly international ambitions.   The Head of Compliance is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance across the Group, establishing standards and implementing controls and procedures to ensure the Group remains effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.   The Head of Compliance is expected to provide reasonable assurance to senior management and the Boards that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, well understood and followed by all employees, and that the Group is complying with all regulatory requirements   More information about the role is available upon request contact the team today for further details.
