Salary – to £70,000 plus competitive benefits package
You will hold the highest level of underwriting authority in the business and be responsible for setting and maintaining Commercial underwriting standards as well as actively underwriting large and complex cases yourself. You will manage a small team of underwriters operating across Jersey and Guernsey and be the trading lead with our external broker partners. This is a ‘hands on’ leadership role. You need extensive commercial underwriting experience coupled with a love of trading and a commitment to develop the capability of your team. *No agencies please.
