Our client, a volunteer-led, charitable organisation, is seeking an Enterprise Manager to assist in its busy Retail Operations department. This is a very varied role with responsibilities spanning administration, finance and operations and as such, requires a candidate with a broad and far reaching skillset. The role holder will devise retail polices, chair and minute weekly meetings, undertake the training and development of staff, process monthly accounts and sales related statistics, monitor takings and expenditure as well as assisting on the shop floor, deputising for the shop manager in their absence, identifying opportunities to increase and maximise sales and operational improvements and overseeing pricing structures. In addition to strong skills in these areas, applicants should have a friendly and welcoming nature and the ability to deal with customers and situations with tact and empathy.
