people to prepare for, find, and maintain work in Guernsey. We are looking to recruit
to the role of Employment
Support Officer.
This
is a permanent full time vacancy. GET offers a competitive salary, pension and healthcare
benefits. Our offices are based out of town.
As
an Employment Support Officer you will manage your own caseload to facilitate a comprehensive Supported Employment service by:
•
Identifying potential and current opportunities by liaising with employers.
•
Assisting job seekers through the application and interview process.
•
Coaching and assisting successful job seekers through the workplace induction
and training process.
•
Providing a point of contact for employers and support for job seekers once
employment has been secured.
