This role is aimed at an experienced marketer with a number of years working in a relevant Marketing managerial role. Preference for candidates with experience at this level across the full range of Marketing areas, enhanced with very strong digital Marketing capabilities.
Working with the Head of Marketing and team to deliver marketing services to the Channel Islands firm aligned to deliver the overall business strategy. Although not exclusively a digital role, a key focus is on strengthening the digital marketing
capabilities, producing digital experiences that get exceptional results.
Key areas of responsibility will be:
A key contributor in the development of our overall digital Marketing strategy.
Support Head of Marketing when it comes to day-to-day decision-making in respect of a variety of Marketing activities. This may include a coaching role, as you share your expertise with other relevant staff.
Social media channel management including content creation and using the scheduling platform
Collaboration with external web team to manage content development of website. Will have an understanding of user experience and user design, as well as adhering to brand guidelines while working to tight deadlines. The candidate will be familiar with project management tools such as, amongst others, Trello and Kanbanchi.
