A superb opportunity for a Customer Support Centre Manager to join the islands leading provider of telecommunications and broadband services. The successful applicant will deliver a Customer Experience transformation programme through focusing on service level and resolution time. The role holder will also be responsible for effective management and leadership of the customer support centre. A minimum of 5 years experience of managing a team of customer service professionals is required and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.
