We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our Customer service team.

We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service to our customers. This exciting role is varied and will suit someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same. The main duties are: -  
  • Dealing with a variety of internal & external customers  
  • Identifying & assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Proactively, resolving customer enquiries within service level agreements
  • Advising our customers on our many products and services
  • Working with and supporting departments in and around the business
  The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate: -  
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Working to deadlines with the ability to multitask
  • Be a team player
Customer service experience preferable but not essential as full training will be provided. Hours of work: 36 hours per week, worked between 08:15 and 17:15 Monday to Friday.  

The recruitment process requires a basic police clearance. Candidates with unspent convictions for dishonesty or drug offences will not be eligible for appointment.
