Customer Service Officer

Customer service team.

possible service to our customers. This exciting role is varied and will suit

same. The main duties are: -
with a variety of internal & external customers
& assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
resolving customer enquiries within service level agreements
our customers on our many products and services
with and supporting departments in and around the business
The ideal candidate for this role will be able
to demonstrate: -
- Attention to detail
to deadlines with the ability to multitask
a team player
Customer service experience preferable but not
essential as full training will be provided. Hours of work: 36 hours per week,
worked between 0815 and 1715 Monday to Friday and 0830 to 1200 one Saturday per
