The islands leading provider of telecommunications and broadband services is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist its customers with general and technical enquiries. This role will cover all manner of customer enquiries across sales, service, billing, payments and other areas, working with the engineering teams to resolve faults and undertaking general administration, data inputting and reporting. This position will operate on a shift rota basis, so some evening, weekend and bank holiday work will be required.
