As a Customer Relations Manager you will offer support to end-users on a daily basis, in which your duties will include support via email, live chat and Facebook, implementation of anti-fraud strategies and active contribution to ideas generation, with a view to enhancing and developing the best in class online bingo and casino solution. Due to the fast moving nature of the online gaming industry, this is an interesting role for a recent graduate / school leaver that will provide an excellent start to a successful career in customer support and relations, customer retention or brand management.
