In this new and exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting business retention activities within the Client Case Management team, taking ownership of handling client instructions where retention is a factor. The role also entails contact with intermediaries and clients to enable reinstatement of premiums for dormant plans, along with contact for higher-complexity or high-value cases. You will ensure business retention and customer outcome is actively considered at every point.
