Grade: Pay Point 809-811 - £27,050 - £29,962 per annum (+40% Consolidation Pay)
We are looking for a Control Room Technician to join our team at Guernsey Water.
You will work as part of a small team participating in a 24 hour rotating shift system responsible for the overall security, operation and management of a complex network of raw water collection and transfer, drinking water treatment and distribution, and wastewater collection and disposal.
You will also be responsible for providing out of hours customer services, dealing with customer complaints and emergency calls, instigating and coordinating call outs and ensuring lines of communication and procedures are closely adhered to.
