Key responsibilitiesDelivering as part of team end to end transformational programmesAssisting in the development of strategies and taking a role in managing their deliveryAssisting in conducting interviews and workshopsUndertaking analysis of data to help understand client challenges and opportunitiesRecognising implementation challenges with projects and ensuring these are raised early with the project lead Experience in at least one of these areas is needed: strategy or strategic planning, project or programme management, organisational transformation, finance or business operations or business development.
