This is a great opportunity to join an online trading group.   As a Compliance Officer, you will assist in ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance for the company in all its areas of operations. You will participate in developing company policies, minimise risk, and instil a compliance culture in the organisation.   Your challenges Work with the Head of Compliance in Guernsey to ensure the Group complies with AML, KYC, and Data Protection laws and regulations. Plan and direct internal programmes and policies to empower all departments with the knowledge, awareness, and practices of regulatory compliance. Track laws and regulations that may affect all the Group companies and implement necessary changes to internal policies in order to manage and mitigate our risk and exposure.   More information about the role is available upon request contact the team today for further details.
