Our client is looking for a Complaints Governance Senior Administrator to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling a varied complaints caseload, assessing legal and/or regulatory risk and establishing fair, robust and comprehensive responses. The successful candidate will be communicating with clients in a professional and engaging manner, managing the Complaints Log and analysing queries surrounding financial products. They will act as a point of escalation for the operational teams. The ideal candidate will have:Experience in the Insurance, Banking or Investment sectors would be preferableThe ability to handle disputes in an analytical and impartial mannerThe ability to communicate effectively at all levelsGood numerical skills and experience of Microsoft Excel
