Job Purpose
This successful candidate will play a key role in a busy Fund administration team providing Company Secretarial services for a number of clients. This role will be a highly visible one within the business so the ability to communicate successfully with both external Board members, clients, and internal stakeholders is vital to the role.

The successful candidate will be expected to work to tight deadlines in order to meet client KPI metrics, regulatory deadlines and internal requirements.
The success of this individual will be judged on their ability to coordinate activities and deliver a well-controlled end to end Company Secretarial service to their allocated book of clients.
As this role entails a significant amount of integration with external parties their success will also be built on strong satisfaction from external stakeholders in the service provided by TMF Group.
