A provider of trust, administration, and fiduciary services is seeking a part-time Company Secretarial Administrator who will be responsible for providing TISE listing and administration services to clients.
Responsibilities of the role include:Undertaking new listing applications including liaison with TISE.Ensuring issuers comply with submissions through the TISE portal and the subsequent release of announcements.Ensuring that databases and Document Management Systems are maintained.Completing delisting of applications.Undertaking risk assessment and due diligence procedures for the onboarding of all new issuers.
The successful candidate will be efficient and well organised, ideally with a knowledge of TISE although this is not essential.
