Key Responsibilities:Communicating with clients and handling correspondenceEnsuring tax filings/reporting's are completed on timeReviewing credit facilities and guaranteesAdministrating the purchase and sale of propertyEnsuring investment monitoring is completed, actions cleared, and minutes produced and signed offEnsuring all company records are maintainedReviewing accounts and clearing any queries
