Client Services Administrator - Guernsey
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team, on a permanent basis, as a Client Services Administrator. Within this role duties will include but not be limited to issuing pre renewals and rate reviews and deposit invoices, monitoring rate acceptance, discussing terms with brokers/clients to conclude negotiations and monitoring lost business and the reason for cancellation. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are required for this role along with the ability to confidently negotiate with clients and brokers in face to face meetings and over the phone.
