Our client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Central Operations Senior Administrator (Company Secretary).Overall purpose of the role;The role of this team is twofold: to service the business and keep the cogs turning in order that the Administration teams are able to concentrate on client work; and to provide Company Secretarial services to the Boards and Committees.Key duties are but not limited to:To provide company secretarial support to a range of in-house companies, committees and project teams.To proactively manage the relationships with 3rd parties who provide premises and facilities services to the business.To be actively involved in regulatory projects and provision of marketing support to the business.The successful candidate will have;5+ years experience in the finance industry ideally, although would consider a legal or medical secretarial background.Specific company secretarial experience in relation to attending minutes/minute taking.Ideally a knowledge of Guernsey Fiduciary industry and regulatory requirements.Broad understanding of products and services offered by the business.For more information, please email: or call: +44 1481 723221.
