A well respected IT provider is seeking a Business Support Assistant to join their growing team, to assist the Business Support team with administrative duties including some general HR tasks, whilst ensuring that a consistently high-quality service is delivered.
Main duties:Handling calls including customer account queriesApproval of Engineers tickets for invoicingSending out customer invoices and statementsReconciliation of customer software and servicesIn-house systems data quality controlIncoming postProcessing of incoming invoicesReporting of statistics, KPIs and financial dataLogging staff sickness/absencesStaff overtime reportingMaintenance of staff records
Applicant must hold a minimum of 3 GCSEs, have previous experience in an office environment, have strong IT skills and have excellent time management skills. They must also have excellent organisational and communication skills, and a good eye for detail.
