Our client is looking for a candidate with a proven track record of service delivery excellence to be responsible for the management and operation of their Service Desk and its employees. Duties include maintaining/developing relationships with key stakeholders, providing leadership for the regional service desk team and ensuring that service processes/procedures are adhered to. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years experience in an IT service management role and proven leadership skills.
