Administrative Assistant - Private Equity - Guernsey
Our highly reputable client generates business within the International Financial Services Industry and they are recruiting for a Private Equity Administrator to assist in all aspects of the administration for a wide range of onshore and offshore fund vehicles which include trusts, limited partnerships and companies.The successful appointee will be responsible for the implementation of payment and receipt of funds procedure, liaison with senior staff on complex transactions, reconciling bank accounts and cash reports on a monthly basis.The ideal candidate will be qualified to A Level standard or equivalent and have exposure to working in an office environment. Knowledge of regulatory issues, bookkeeping and Guernsey Company Law would be beneficial, and experience in Funds/Private Equity is desirable.
