Collaboration is key to how we work and we are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our innovative Global Support Team for a 6 month fixed term contract to provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the business.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in a similar capacity. Key requirements will primarily be diary and travel management for Partners within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Diary management, arrange and coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments
Travel management, planning and booking
Typing of correspondence and formatting documentation
Ensuring current files are kept up to date (including filing of emails and correspondence, photocopying and scanning) and closing matters when concluded
Billing / Invoicing experience, preparation of invoices, sending out to the client and follow up of payments with clients
Keeping business systems up to date
Managing client interactions
Organising in-house and external meetings
General printing/scanning and production of Court bundles where necessary
Take ownership of allocated administrative tasks and assist the partners, fee earners and wider teams in the business

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum 5+ years' administration experience in a secretarial / PA capacity (ideally in a legal or professional services environment)
A tech-savvy outlook
Comfortable working within a busy environment where quality of work is key
Excellent diary and travel management experience
A high level of proficiency in Word/Outlook, and ideally a working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to efficiently and effectively manage own time and prioritise workload
Strong attention to detail is essential
