We caught up with Jo Stoddart who took over as CEO of LocateGuernsey last year, to find out about her approach to promoting the island as a place to set up home and how she is ‘boxing smart’ with a limited budget, to do a seemingly limitless job.

We spoke to Guernsey Electricity’s Environment Sustainability Manager Alex Herschel whose full-time job revolves around carbon reduction and renewable energy. With a career that has taken her around the world focusing on the environment and sustainability, she is now heavily involved in Guernsey’s cable links with France and believes that they are the most cost effective way of ensuring that the island has security of supply.
