Holders of tickets for Winter Wonderland can obtain refunds at the Guille-Allès Library between 10:00 and 16:00 today, Saturday 4 December.
The 25th anniversary Winter Wonderland, sponsored by Specsavers, was cancelled this week as a result of the surge in cases of covid-19.
Anyone wanting a refund can pop along to the Library today where organisers will be based in the foyer on the ground floor of the Market Street building.
There are two alternatives to refunds.
Ticket holders don't need to do anything if they want to regard their ticket as a donation to The Lions Club of Guernsey and Cancer Research UK.
Ticket holders who want to roll over their tickets to next year's Winter Wonderland should keep hold of their tickets knowing that they will be accepted at the event in 2022.
Organisers said: "We would like to thank all our volunteers and our generous sponsors for their support and commitment. We look forward to working with them again in the future. We hope to see you all at Specsavers Winter Wonderland 2022."
