The Donate Charity Shop in Mont Arrive has extended its donation hours for the remainder of the holiday season, to give islanders more of an opportunity to donate potential Christmas presents to a good cause.
The shop has been well-stocked with a variety of festive gifts and stocking fillers over the festive period, but more donations are being welcomed both before and after Christmas day.
Donate raises money for various local charities through its shop, and also helps raise awareness of the work those charities carry out. In November, they organised a Christmas Raffle in support of Animal Aid.
Between 18 December and January 3, the store will be open 10am-4pm, apart from the dates listed below. Donations will only be accepted before 1pm on any day, and will not be accepted on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Saturday 19: 9am-4pm
Thursday 24: 10am-3pm
Friday 25: CLOSED – No donations accepted
Saturday 26: 10am-2pm
Thursday 31: 10am-3pm
Friday 1 January: 10am-2pm
Normal opening hours will resume on January 4.
