Castel Surgery this Saturday at the Douzaine Hall

A Castel surgery will be held at the Castel Douzaine Hall on this Saturday, 15th August 2020, from 10am to 11am.

Parishioners will be able to discuss with their Deputies the following Items which will be debated by the States next week:

• Benefit and Contribution Rates
• Long Term Care Insurance
• Climate Change
• Improving Living Standards
• Code of Conduct for States Members
• Plan for Sport 2021-2030
• Reallocation of some of Family Allowance for more affordable Primary Care and Educational Opportunities
• Funding to Support the Guernsey Language
• Third Party Planning Appeals
• Seafront Enhancement Area Programme Update
• Dates of States’ Meetings and minor amendments to The Rules of Procedure of the States
• Legislative Framework for vaccinations against COVID-19
• and Exit from lockdown - A framework for lifting the Covid-19 restrictions in the Bailiwick

The surgery also gives parishioners a chance to talk about any other issue with their Deputies and a member of the Douzaine.
