Black Vanilla’s Managing Director will host a free webinar on Tuesday 12 May, where she will share her insights into planning and executing internal communications campaigns.
Nichole Culverwell will highlight why "effective internal communications plans" are needed at this time as businesses look to get staff back in their offices.
As Guernsey’s lockdown eases, Black Vanilla knows organisations are considering if, when and how they will bring their staff back into the office.
Mrs Culverwell says they can help companies which are pivoting towards new opportunities or streamlining their offering to focus on relevant and profitable services.
"We are passionate about educating through our training sessions and wanted to give business leaders the tools they need to effectively communicate with their team during this tumultuous time.
"The last five weeks have placed a spotlight on the importance of good communication strategies, and the need for open dialogue will continue into the next phase of business recovery.
"Business leaders may need to ask staff to refocus or change direction and it is critical to ensure everyone understands the mission and their role in meeting those objectives."
The free one-hour session will start at 13:00 on Tuesday 12 May.
It is recommended that attendees download the Zoom App to watch.
