Walkers’ Guernsey Investment Funds & Corporate Group has recruited a new associate. Gemma Trencher joined the company after leaving an international law firm.
Ms Trencher has experience in company disposals and corporate restructuring, and her appointment has been welcomed by the current team at Walkers.
Partner Craig Cordle said: "We are delighted to welcome Gemma to our expanding practice – her experience and skill relating to corporate matters complements our existing offering."
Ms Trencher will join the Investment Funds & Corporate team, which is led by partners Mr Cordle, Matt Sanders, Chris Hutley-Hurst and Kate Storey.
Ms Storey said: "Gemma is the seventh new arrival at Walkers Guernsey in the last six months as we continue to expand the team in response to increased client demand."
