Vistra Fund Services makes new senior Guernsey appointments

The team at Vistra Fund Services has grown, with two new management appointments made.

Gail Clark joins Vistra as manager of the recently established corporate fiduciary team, and Aidan Gallagher joins Vistra as manager from KMPG.

Having worked in offshore finance for 28 years, Mrs Clark has knowledge and expertise in a diverse range of areas including fund administration, corporate fiduciary, private equity and client relationship management.

Mr Gallagher has extensive experience handling complex fund structures and has gained invaluable knowledge of audit practices from his previous roles.

Working with talented individuals is essential to the development of our business and both Gail and Aidan bring valuable experience and expertise to the Guernsey office.”
