PraxisIFM duo in 'Top 35 under 35'

Tuesday 31 May 2022

For the second consecutive year, two employees of PraxisIFM have featured on the 'Eprivateclient Top 35 under 35' list in the Channel Islands.

Associate Trust Director and Head of Client Administration, Tom Strawbridge, and Trust Supervisor, Abi Renny, have been highlighted as leading young private client practitioners.

Designed to identify, recognise and promote the rising stars of the private client adviser community, Mr Strawbridge and Miss Renny are two of just 70 professionals - 35 men and 35 women - to be listed.

Nominations undergo a rigorous judging process during which submissions are considered in the context of an individual’s achievements over the past 12 months, career progression and the quality of nominations received.

Mr Strawbridge has more than 16 years’ industry experience working within private wealth and corporate services. He spent 12 of those years building his skills and expertise at PraxisIFM.

He heads up client administration teams which manage a wide range of complex trust and company structures for high-net-worth individuals. A full member of STEP, he has also successfully completed the ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.

Mr Strawbridge is also a regular player for Guernsey FC and is sponsored on the pitch by the group.

Miss Renny joined the group in June 2019, having previously worked for Nerine before travelling. She has recently qualified as a full member of STEP, providing exceptional client service for both corporate clients and individuals on all matters relating to trusts and companies.

PraxisIFM Trust (Guernsey) Limited Managing Director, Matt Litten, said he was delighted that both employees had been recognised on the list.

“They very much represent the ethos of the company in delivering client service of the highest quality, consistently going above and beyond to consider all aspects of our clients’ needs. They are highly valued members of the team and certainly stand out as rising stars,” said Mr Litten.
