Two named in Top 35 Under 35

Thursday 08 September 2022

Two of JTC's Channel Island employees have been named in the 2022 eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 List.

Managers Joshua Allaway from the Guernsey office (pictured above) and Paul Russell from the Jersey office were named on the list, which "identifies and promotes the rising stars of the Private Client practitioner community across the UK and Crown Dependencies".

35 young men and 35 young women are named on the list with their achievements over the past year highlighted.

Mr Allaway joined JTC in 2019 and was also named on the List last year. He has ten years of fiduciary experience and has spent the majority of his career in Guernsey, with some time spent working in Mauritius.

Mr Russell joined the Jersey office in 2014 and was promoted to his current position in 2019. He administers a multi-jurisdictional portfolio of high-net-worth clients, as well as helping to develop junior trust officers in the Private Client Services division.

Iain Johns, Group Head of Private Client Services, welcomed their inclusion on the Top 35 Under 35 list.

“It is excellent to see Paul and Joshua being consistently recognised for their dedication, hard work and talent," he said.

"They were both also named on this year’s Channel Island-specific eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 list a few months ago, so it is a true indication of their high calibre as individuals to see them included once again. At JTC, we are passionate about supporting our people to ensure that they reach their full potential and deliver outstanding client service, and I am delighted that Paul and Joshua have received this accolade.”
