The International Stock Exchange has welcomed Irish business law firm Mason Hayes & Curran LLP as its first Dublin-headquartered Member of the Exchange.

Mason Hayes & Curran LLP is the first Irish firm to be authorised to act as a Listing Agent for the listing of professional bonds on TISE.

The firm is headquartered in Dublin and also has offices in London, New York and San Francisco. It has 95 partners and more than 500 members of staff.

Daragh O’Shea, Dublin-based Partner and Head of the Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance and Derivatives team at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP, said: “The TISE proposition has a number of important differentiators from the other exchanges we work with.

"We are sure it will be a very attractive listing venue for our clients. We look forward to bringing our first listing to the market.”

Anthony Byrne, who is TISE’s Irish-based Head of Bond Markets, added: “I am delighted to welcome Mason Hayes & Curran LLP as the first Dublin-based Listing Agent for TISE.

"The firm is well known for providing legal advice and exchange services within the European debt capital markets and structured finance space. It is wonderful that they have recognised the advantages of being the first Irish firm to facilitate listings on TISE.

"This is both an acknowledgement of the growing stature of TISE as a European professional bond market and a reflection of the prospective growth in client demand for TISE listings as we continue to refine our offering in order to service a more diverse range of bond products.”
