Wealth services provider Suntera Global has acquired Nedgroup Trust, a specialist fiduciary provider in Guernsey.
Nedgroup Trust has 50 staff in Guernsey and 20 in Jersey. Its acquisition allows Suntera Group to take its first step into another Channel Island in addition to its established business in Jersey.
“This acquisition will strengthen our current service offering, enhance our Channel Islands’ capability and expand our reach to an additional jurisdiction,” said the Group CEO of Suntera Global, David Hudson.
